‘Morning Light’ oil on canvas. (Framed in custom teak-stained floating frame : 64 x 54 x 4.5cm)
This piece was created from some local gum leaves spotted on an early morning walk through my neighbourhood in the Adelaide Hills. I was drawn to the deep red tones of the gum nuts as well as the multiple shades of green in the gum leaves. Many hours and a lot of love went into this piece!
